Returns & Exchanges Policy

Policy Overview

At Prime Storage Cabinets, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. We understand that investing in premium storage solutions is an important decision, and we are committed to making the process as smooth and transparent as possible. If an issue arises, our team is here to help and work toward a fair resolution.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be in new and unused condition and returned in their original packaging with all components, accessories, manuals, and hardware included. Items that have been assembled, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Window

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for approval.

Return Shipping Responsibility

For returns requested due to buyer preference, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Prepaid return labels may be provided when available, and the cost of the label may be deducted from the refund amount.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped, Prime Storage Cabinets will cover all applicable shipping costs associated with the return or replacement.

There are no restocking fees for approved returns.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin the return or exchange process, please contact our customer support team at support@PrimeStorageCabinets.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and any necessary authorization details to help ensure the process is handled efficiently.

Items returned without prior authorization may experience delays in processing.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully work with trusted suppliers and carriers to ensure orders arrive safely. However, shipping damage can occasionally occur.

For freight deliveries, any visible damage should be noted upon delivery whenever possible, and damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

For smaller parcel shipments delivered through carriers such as UPS or FedEx, damage or defects should be reported within 15 days of delivery.

Providing photos and detailed information allows us to resolve issues quickly and arrange replacement parts, exchanges, or refunds when appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund. Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible and standard return procedures will apply.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Original shipping charges are refunded for approved returns involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

Our Error vs. Customer-Initiated Returns

If the return is the result of our error or a product defect, we will take full responsibility for the return process, including shipping expenses and replacement arrangements.

For customer-initiated returns due to personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure the product is returned in eligible condition.

Exchanges Process

Customers requesting an exchange for reasons unrelated to damage or shipping errors are responsible for return shipping and any applicable reshipment costs. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, replacement items will be arranged as quickly as possible.
